Transportation Update: Meeting point Arlanda Airport

We are happy to welcome you to Sweden and the Victor Swedish Open 2024.

We are fully prepared to provide transport to everyone who has registered, please read the following instructions:

• The meeting point at Arlanda Airport is located in the Arrival hall after the luggage pick-up of Terminal 5, next to the Iarrnformation and "Espresso house" (see photo above).

• Look for the nice man with a sign "Swedish Open 2024" and he will tell you how the transfer will be carried out.

If you did not arrive at Terminal 5, you should go to the Terminal 5 meeting point (see illustration below).

Return transfer to Arlanda Airport
Regarding return transfer from the hotel back to the Arlanda Airport, please contact the Info Desk in the main hall of the IFU Arena, to clarify and confirm your transport.

General transport information

Official point of arrival is Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) from where transport will be provided for participants staying at the Official hotel.

Transportation between Arlanda – Uppsala could be arranged for a fee (40 EUR per person one way) for participants not staying at the official hotel or if booking is done after January 8, 2024.

Shuttle service

No shuttle will be available between the venue and the Arena hotel since the hotel is located 150m from the venue.
